We provide lifetime of the home warranties on all qualified basement solutions. We provide 25 year warranties on all qualified crawlspace solutions. Our warranties go with the home and are fully transferable to all future homeowners. About the Owners

Nancy Grace and Dwight Gruetzmacher are co-owners of Northern States Basement Systems. They are dedicated to the Basement Systems philosophy and approach to controlling water, moisture, humidity, and other crawlspace and basement problems.

Their mission is to provide high quality custom designed systems and total service to each customer within the communities they serve.

Nancy Grace and Dwight have worked with the City of Duluth and Proctor on their I & I program for many years, installing many sump pump systems to keep the water from going into Lake Superior. They are currently working with the City of Eveleth installing Sump systems for their homeowners.
