Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Sealing cracks in Cloquet, MN

This customer had a crack in his basement wall that needed to be adressed. Our specialist Dave proposed to use Flexispan wall filler to fill the crack along with a foot of our WaterGuard system to catch and water that enters the crack. Flexispan is a warrantied product from the Basement Dealer network. The Flexispan system is installed in 3 phases.  It begins with a flexible sealant applied along the entire length of the crack. Next, a flexible and porous foam strip is installed over the crack. Finally, the last phase of the system is an impermeable membrane adhered to the wall on both sides of the foam strip. The wonderful thing about the flexispan is that it is not affected by hydrostatic pressure of slight wall movement and with a warranty of 10 years this customer decided the fix was worth it.
