Photo Album: Crawlspace repair in Danbury, WI

This album shows the installation of a crawl space encapsulation system and sump pump underneath a cabin. The crawlspace was only a couple of feet high and one summer it became very wet and full of water. The crew installed draintile and a SmartSump to address the water issue and a CleanSpace system, SilverGlo, and foaming to address his energy loss concerns. It looked fabulous when the crew finished.

Drain Tile

This is drain tile being installed over a fabric to ensure that silt and sediment could not clog up the system

Covering Drain Tile

This is the rock that we cover our waterproofing system with before we either cement over it or install CleanSpace over. This also helps to keep the drainage system from clogging

CleanSpace

This is the crew installing the CleanSpace. The white plastic sheeting called CleanSpace is 20 mil thick and has a 25 year warranty against tears and rips.

SilverGlo and foaming

Here is a picture of the SilverGlo going up on the walls this is to keep the heat in and the foaming is just a matter of reinforcement where a little more is needed.
