I was a Service Dispatcher for a forklift company in the Twin Cities for 3 years. That included scheduling and managing the time of 43 field technicians. (Some days it felt like herding cats) but I loved it. I have been in the service industry for 20+ years ranging in jobs from retail, food service to automotive. So when the position of Customer Service Coordinator opened up here at Northern States Basement Systems, it sounded like an amazing fit for me because I have a passion for what I do, and, my co-workers are thrilled that I also have a background as an Executive & Pastry Chef so I can keep some yummy snacks at the ready.

Since I started at Northern States Basement Systems, I have discovered that every day is different and there is always something new to learn. I love talking with our customers and setting up appointments so that one of our Specialists can solve their basement or crawl space issues. The face paced atmospheres of our office and shop and my co-workers also make coming to work FUN - and as an added bonus -since I also have a background as a vet tech, I really don’t mind playing with our CEO of Service "Turkey" (AKA Charli Grace), Snuggles & Company Morale from time to time either.

In my spare time I cook, bake, craft, spend time with friends and Family. My Husband and I love camping and go every chance we get!  We also currently working on restoring a 1955 Chevy 510 Post.
